The crows design cannot guarantee that the terms and conditions will never change.I - PRIVACY
Personal data the crows design processesThe crow's design art processes my personal data because I use the crow’s design art services. Below I will find an overview of the personal data the crow’s design processes:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Address data
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Bank account numberI.I - VALIDITY OF DECLARATION
I also assume full responsibility of my answers and agree that if I lie on this form the crowds design isn't responsible in any way shape or form of any answers and she will assume all answers are true until proven otherwise. Lying about the declaration will be considered a break of the terms and conditions.II - SERVICE BOUNDARIES
I understand and agree the crows design art has also the full right to refuse and refund any service in case I am disrespectful and\or have illegal conduct such as stolen credit cards and harassing. I also understand and agree the crowds design's time deserves as much respect as my own and I am not entitled to any service if I break any terms and agreements.
Breaking the terms and services may get me indefinitely blacklisted depending on the rule broken.II.I - PAYMENT BOUNDARIES
No service will be offered without previous full payment.II.II - PAYMENT TAXES
I understand and agree that the crows design is forced to pay 21% of VAT of all sales to the state therefore she has to charge that obligatory tax. That may be subject to change. An additional charge may happen and it would be the commission fee. Those extra charges may change throughout time as they depend on an external source and not on the crows design will or they may not happen at all.II.III PAYMENT FREQUENCY
Unless it is otherwise specified all products are limited to a one time purchase and aren’t a subscription.II.II - DIVINATION BOUNDARIES AND FUNDAMENTAL AGREEMENTSII.II.I - BOUNDARIES
I understand that the crows design has the full rights to set and change boundaries in a reasonable matter when it comes to what she will or won’t do.II.II.II - RESPONSIBILITY
I understand and agree that this reading and any other readings going forward are in no way official advice under any circumstance and it is a simple activity meant for entartainment. The crowd’s design doesn't have that knowledge and I shouldn't consider her a professional in any matters that requires a professional opinion. Any action I take afterwards isn't the reader's responsibility.II.III - ART COMMISSIONS BOUNDARIES AND FUNDAMENTAL AGREEMENTSII.III.I I - BOUNDARIES
I understand that the crows design has the full right to report and/or refuse any illegal commission and that her boundaries can change through time, nevertheless I have to respect them.II.III.II - COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
I understand and agree that anything produced by the artist is copyrighted and intellectual property of the artist. I may not pass the services I paid for as mine nor can I pass any other intellectual or copyrighted property of the artist as mine.II.III.III - COMMERCIAL USE
Any and all commercial uses have to be paid for, commercial uses don't imply copyright nor is it automatically included.III - REFUND POLICY
Should I force a charge back on the crows design in a way that clearly violates the crowds design's terms and conditions, I understand I'll be blacklisted permanently as a client. The only case where I am entitled to a refund is if I don’t get any services offered by the business when I paid and followed the procedure.III.I - DIVINATION REFUND RULES
I understand and agree that any refund will only happen in case the reading couldn't be
arranged anymore and/or I don't want to use this service anymore. Any issues with the connection will mean the reading will be rescheduled and I'll still get my service. If I have gotten the service already I won't be reimbursed. In case of PDF’s if the work has already started I have no rights to a refund.III.II - ART COMMISSION REFUND RULES
I understand and agree that if I refuse to communicate properly my wishes during and before the process to the crowds design and/or don't provide any references to what I want I am not entitled to a refund because the lack of communication is my fault. I also understand that I cannot ask for a refund if the artist has already started working on my commission.III.III HANDMADE ITEMS REFUND RULES
Same rules of section III.II apply to handmade items with the addition of me having to pay back the materials costs if they have already been paid for but the work hasnìt started.III.IV - EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND POLICY
The only acceptable excpetions will be those situation also known as “act or God” or “force majeur” such as illness, natural disasters, unexpected government measures, quarantines, an epidemic, war or other obstacles. Those circumstances must affect the buyer to a personal level.III.V - REFUNDS AND SHIPPING
The crows design cannot guarantee any shipping company having no issues whatsoever. Any issues that depend on the shipping company or on any of my mistakes such as giving a wrong address doesn’t deserve a refund.III.VI - RESPONSIBILITY OF FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR FROM CLIENTS
The crows design is in no way responsible if I choose to use stolen money, such as taking a credit card without permission, cloning it and such. I assume full responsibility of the money used and its origins.IV - WARRANTY
As all the products are digital there is no need for any kind of warranty. For refunds please check section III.V - MANDATORY CANCELLATION PERIOD
Due to the nature of the products, as in them being made specifically for the costumer and not being serial, the crow’s design isn’t obligated to follow the 14 days days cancellation period starting from the day of delivery. Refund rules from section III still apply.VI - DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery time may vary depending on different factors such as number of orders and other external factors. In case of an unreasonable failed delivery you are entitled to a refund, meaning in case the crows design didn’t contact you at all to set a time or if she didn’t deliver. Any inability to deliver or any delay will be communicated and it isn’t an automatic reason to get a refund. If it is objectively unreasonable it will be decided by the context and on the spot.VII -COMMUNICATION AND DISPUTESVII.I - AGREEMENT TO COMMUNICATION
By purchasing any product I agree with letting the crows design contact me regarding the service and I agree to conduct the communication in a respectful manner and respecting the terms and conditions.VII.II - SETTLING DISPUTES
Any and all disputes will be settled through communication, based on the terms and conditions as ground rules.
